Professional Experience
2024-Present: Project Director, Quality Surveyors Project, C.I. Research Company. National research initiative commissioned by the Ministry of Health to assess satisfaction and outcomes among thousands of service users in the mental health rehabilitation system, conducted by peer surveyors with lived experience.
2021-Present: Lecturer, School of Social Work, Bar-Ilan University.
2022-Present: Lecturer, School of Social Work, Tel-Aviv University.
2019-Present: Lecturer, National School for Rehabilitation, Ministry of Health; Ono Academic College. Course coordinator for training consumer providers with lived experience.
2018-2022: National Director of AMITIM Programs, The Israeli Association of Community Centers. Oversaw three national programs ("AMITIM for Adults," " AMITIM for Rights," and "AMITIM for Youth") promoting social rehabilitation, community inclusion, and rights accessibility for individuals with psychiatric disabilities.
2012-2014: Facilitator of feminist awareness groups for mothers with psychiatric disabilities, Center for Mothers in Recovery, Rehovot.
